3. Fees and Payment

• The fees for our courses are as listed on the “Fee Structure” page.

• Fees must be paid in advance, typically on a monthly basis, unless otherwise agreed.

• We use third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) to handle transactions. Your payment data is secured by these providers.

4. Refund Policy

• Free Trial: The free trial class is offered for evaluation purposes only.

• After Enrollment: Due to the nature of our service (scheduling teachers and reserving time slots), we have a limited refund policy. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for valid reasons (e.g., technical issues on our end, unavailability of a suitable teacher). Please contact us to discuss any issues.

5. Class Schedule & Cancellation

• Students are expected to attend classes at their scheduled time.

• Please notify your teacher or the administration at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a class. Missed classes without prior notice may be forfeited.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students and parents/guardians are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers and staff.

• Any form of abusive language, disrespectful behavior, or misuse of the online classroom platform will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, website content, graphics, and logos are the intellectual property of Nurjan Quran Academy and are protected by copyright law. You may not reuse, republish, or redistribute any content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer

• Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nurjan Quran Academy makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted or error-free nature of our service, as it depends on factors like internet connectivity.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Nurjan Quran Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
